I have crowding and I think a severe open bite like the girl in this video, and I think the orthodontist will suggest extracting some of my teeth in order to get Invisalign. Would you recommend to get extractions to get Invisalign?

Hi Dr Diego. I am exploring clear aligners in India. Wanted to understand if the Clinchek Pro Master COIP offers 3 types of vertical attachments to accomplish rotation? From your video, it seems like there were 3 options, and you chose one of them to get the canine rotation in combination with lower molar distalizations. My canine needs to uprighted and then rotated. What would the vertical buccol attachment be? Would I also need a lingual attachment?

The mandible was in distal position because of the negative torque of upper incisors. It's a pseudo severe class II. After correcting the anterior torque , mandible pushes forward for muscular adaptation. Aligners without tads and stripping cannot correct any serius malocclusion and have high biomeccanical weaknesses. Burstone showed the way. Show a severe malocclusion with extractions and show the control X ray after space closure. U will laugh. All those things are destroying our profession and u are part of it.
